2023 Farriers App Update

We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to implement all the improvements to the app that you’ve asked for. With many happy farriers now using The Farriers App on a daily basis we asked for feedback on any elements that you felt could do with a tweak.

Our aim was always to get a real sense of how the app was being used IRL (in real life) before we built the final edit. There’s really nothing like understanding how technology - developed in an office - works ‘in the field’ (quite literally in this case!)

The farrier and hoof-care community is a close-knit one and that’s great for us when it comes to learning about what farriers love and what they don’t love quite so much about using the app! We’ve spent many hours working with farriers who’ve been thoroughly road testing the app and we can now reveal the improvements that we’ve developed.

One of the top asks was improved navigation from the home screen of the app. Accessing as much of the app as possible in just one click was flagged as the most important element for many farriers - something we knew was critical for professionals working in an outdoor environment.

From the home screen you can now:

• navigate directly to your customer

• text or call with one click

• see year to date or MTD sales

• see how much you’re owed

• full list of horses requiring an appointment
